Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We do our best to display product colors, images, dimensions and specifications accurately. Your screen may not display colors exactly, and actual products may vary slightly from images. Products are sold in limited quantities and may be discontinued at any time without notice. Some products are shipped directly from our trusted partner suppliers in the United States.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and contact information.

4. ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, orders with suspected fraud, or orders that exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. SHIPPING
We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times shown on the site are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Many of our products are fitness and ergonomic products, including walking pads, treadmills and exercise equipment. Before starting any exercise program, consult your physician, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have not exercised recently. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, weight limits and safety warnings. Keep children and pets away from moving equipment. You use these products at your own risk.
